Privacy Policy

Sevenposts ("we," "us," or "our") operates sevenposts.com (the "Website"). Sevenposts is operated by Moe Lueker. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we collect during the pre-launch waitlist phase, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

Sevenposts is in pre-launch. The Website only offers a marketing presence and an email waitlist. There is no account system, no payment processing, and no AI tool functionality on this domain today. When the product launches, this Privacy Policy will be replaced by a new version that reflects the live product.

1. Who we are

Sevenposts is a pre-launch product operated by Moe Lueker. The fastest way to reach us on anything privacy-related is hello@sevenposts.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what is needed to operate the waitlist.

  • Email address. Collected when you submit the waitlist form. We also store the date of signup and a tag indicating the signup came from sevenposts.com.
  • Aggregate page analytics. Vercel Analytics measures pageviews and core web vitals. It uses no cookies and hashes IP addresses server-side. It does not identify individual visitors.

We do not collect names, payment information, account credentials, uploaded files, or any other personal data on this domain at this time.

3. How we use the information

  • To notify you when Sevenposts launches.
  • To send occasional product updates and early-access offers related to Sevenposts.
  • To measure aggregate traffic patterns so we can improve the Website.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not display third-party advertising on the Website.

4. Data processor

The only third-party data processor we use during the pre-launch phase is MailerLite. MailerLite stores your email address, delivers our launch and product-update emails, and provides unsubscribe handling. MailerLite's privacy practices are described at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We also use Vercel for Website hosting and Vercel Analytics for cookieless aggregate analytics. Vercel processes request data only to serve and measure the Website.

5. Cookies

The Website does not set tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless. If we add optional analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this Policy and surface a consent prompt where the law requires one.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Waitlist email: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. After unsubscribe, MailerLite retains the suppression record so we do not email you again.
  • Aggregate analytics:retained per Vercel Analytics' standard retention.

7. Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any waitlist email at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send.

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. We will respond to requests within 30 days. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@sevenposts.com.

If you are a California resident (CCPA / CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we have collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information. To exercise these rights, email the same address.

Other US state privacy laws grant substantially similar rights. We extend these rights to residents of any US state with an applicable privacy law.

8. International data transfers

We operate from the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, your email address may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other regions where MailerLite and Vercel operate. Where required by law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism inherited from our providers.

9. Age of users

The Website is not directed to anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We protect waitlist data with TLS in transit and rely on MailerLite and Vercel for at-rest security. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, email us immediately so we can help.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. When the product launches, a new Privacy Policy will replace this one to reflect the additional data the live product processes.
